Support workflow

Contact Security Team

Use this page as a static reference for where employees should go when a message, device, or access request feels suspicious.

Report Suspicious Email

Use the approved phishing-reporting button or forward the message to the internal security mailbox defined by your organization.

  • Do not click links to investigate.
  • Do not open unexpected attachments.
  • Include the sender, subject, and time received.

Urgent Access Concern

If an MFA prompt, password reset, or login alert appears unexpectedly, deny the request and contact the help desk through a trusted channel.

  • Never share MFA codes.
  • Change passwords only through known portals.
  • Escalate repeated prompts quickly.

Device Or Data Issue

Report lost devices, accidental data sharing, malware warnings, or unusual system behavior as soon as possible.

  • Note what happened and when.
  • Disconnect from networks if instructed by policy.
  • Wait for security guidance before deleting evidence.
